  • Day 1 Arrive Prague

    Be met on arrival and transfer to your hotel before tonight’s Welcome Reception.

  • Day 2 Prague

    Steeped in centuries of colourful history, Prague boasts a wealth of enchanting monuments and stunning Gothic and Renaissance architecture. Your sightseeing begins with a trip to World Heritage-listed Prague Castle. Visit Saint Vitus Cathedral then stroll over Charles Bridge on the way to the Old Town Square. Here, marvel at one of the city’s greatest treasures, the Astronomical Clock, which has been delighting visitors for more than 600 years. Tonight, a memorable Welcome Dinner awaits at the award-winning La Rotonde restaurant. Set in beautiful art deco style, dine in this exquisite setting as you get to know your fellow travellers.

  • Day 3 Prague

    Visit Chateau Jeminste.

  • Day 4 Prague, Velke Bilovice, Budapest

    Travel to Velke Bilovice for a light lunch, before continuing to Budapest.

  • Day 5 Budapest, Holloko, Embark Ship

    Travel to the traditional village of Holloko and see a spectacular horse show at the Lazar Equestrian Park. Return to Budapest and board your river ship, before a twilight cruise tonight.

  • Day 6 Budapest

    Choose your sightseeing in Budapest.

  • Day 7 Vienna

    Arrive in Vienna, Austria’s capital, home to striking architecture, a rich classical musical culture and vibrant cafes. Take in many of the city’s most important landmarks during a tour along the Ringstrasse, Vienna’s famous ring boulevard officially opened by Emperor Franz Joseph I in 1865. You’ll also enjoy a guided walk to St Stephen’s Cathedral.

  • Day 8 Vienna

    You have a choice of exciting activities to choose from on your second day in Vienna.

  • Day 9 Dürnstein, Melk

    Roam Durnstein’s cobblestone lanes at your leisure and perhaps view the ruins of the castle where Richard the Lionheart, the King of England, was ­imprisoned in 1192. On select autumn departures, perhaps participate in some vineyard work at a local winery as part of the wine harvest season. Later, choose your sightseeing in Melk.

  • Day 10 Linz, Salzburg, Passau

    Spend the day on the Majestic Imperator and exploring Salzburg. Later, rejoin your luxurious river ship and later, enjoy a sumptuous dinner.

  • Day 11 Regensburg

    Choose your sightseeing in Regensburg.

  • Day 12 Nuremberg

    Back on board after your sightseeing activity, sample some freshly baked gingerbread while cruising along the Main-Danube Canal.

  • Day 13 Bamberg

    This morning your ship will arrive in the fascinating World Heritage-listed city of Bamberg, another of the few German cities that wasn’t destroyed during World War II. Here you will explore the Old Town with a local expert to discover a range of historic churches and buildings, including the town hall on the River Regnitz.

  • Day 14 Würzburg

    The immense architectural beauty of Wurzburg is on show today

  • Day 15 Miltenberg

    Witness the skilful art of glass-blowing on board as you cruise towards the pretty Franconian town of Miltenberg this morning, then choose your sightseeing.

  • Day 16 Rüdesheim, Andernach

    Dock in Rudesheim and choose your sightseeing. Later, your ship’s Sun Deck offers the perfect vantage point from which to view the scenery of the Rhine Gorge as you cruise the Rhine’s most beautiful stretch.

  • Day 17 Cologne

    Travel to the Gothic masterpiece of Cologne, a city centred around the twin spires of its famous cathedral.

  • Day 18 Amsterdam

    Today, sail into the beautiful Dutch capital, Amsterdam, and choose your sightseeing. Enjoy a Captain’s Farewell Dinner.

  • Day 19 Amsterdam, Disembark Ship, Ghent, Paris

    Travel by coach through Belgium. Arrive in Ghent and enjoy a light lunch while cruising along the city’s canals, before arriving in Paris.

  • Day 20 Paris

    A local expert will take you on a tour of this beautiful city today. See the Avenue des Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe, plus take a trip to the second level of the Eiffel Tower, where sweeping views over the city skyline await.

  • Day 21 Paris

    Today, select your sightseeing in Paris. With the rest of the day at leisure you’ll relish the chance to explore this city as you wish.

  • Day 22 Depart Paris

    After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
