    Be met on arrival and transfer to your hotel before tonight’s Welcome Reception.

  • Day 2 Prague

    Steeped in centuries of colourful history, Prague boasts a wealth of enchanting monuments and stunning Gothic and Renaissance architecture. Your sightseeing begins with a trip to World Heritage-listed Prague Castle. Visit Saint Vitus Cathedral then stroll over Charles Bridge on the way to the Old Town Square. Here, marvel at one of the city’s greatest treasures, the Astronomical Clock, which has been delighting visitors for more than 600 years. Tonight, a memorable Welcome Dinner awaits at the award-winning La Rotonde restaurant. Set in beautiful Art Deco style, dine in this exquisite setting as you get to know your fellow travellers.

  • Day 3 Prague

    EXCLUSIVE! Visit Chateau Jemniste for lunch and a falconry display.

  • Day 4 Prague, Velké Bílovice, Budapest, Embark Ship

    Travel to the historic town of Velké Bílovice for a light lunch in a traditional Czech wine cellar. Continue to Budapest and board your luxury river ship. After dinner on board this evening, set off on a twilight cruise through the city and be enchanted by the lights of the remarkable Hungarian capital.

  • Day 5 Budapest

    In enchanting Budapest, a city tour offers a thrilling discovery. See Buda Castle, the Royal Palace, Fisherman’s Bastion and more. Back on board, attend a wonderful Gala Welcome Dinner.

  • Day 6 Vienna

    Arrive in Vienna, Austria’s capital, home to striking architecture, a rich classical musical culture and vibrant cafés. Take in many of the city’s most important landmarks during a tour along the Ringstrasse, Vienna’s famous ring boulevard officially opened by Emperor Franz Joseph I on May 1, 1865. You’ll also enjoy a guided walk to St Stephen’s Cathedral.

  • Day 7 Vienna

    You have a choice of exciting activities to choose from on your second day in Vienna. Later this evening, enjoy a superb dinner.

  • Day 8 Dürnstein, Melk

    Cruise through the Wachau Valley wine region today. On arrival, roam Dürnstein’s cobblestone lanes at your leisure.

  • Day 9 Linz, Salzburg, Passau

    Disembark in Salzburg, where a fascinating city tour includes some of the sights from the classic musical film, ‘The Sound of Music’. Re-board the exquisite Majestic Imperator and mingle with your fellow passengers as you’re entertained by live performers en route to Passau. Here, you’ll rejoin your luxurious river ship and later, enjoy a sumptuous dinner.

  • Day 10 Regensburg

    Dock alongside one of Germany’s best-preserved medieval cities, Regensburg, standing at the confluence of the Danube and Regen rivers. On a guided tour taking in the city’s highlights, see such sites as the iconic Old Town Hall, the World Heritage-listed city centre, and the remains of the Romanesque fortress walls, including one of the country’s most ancient stone buildings, the Porta Pretoria. You’ll also see the impressive 12th-century Stone Bridge, which arches gracefully across the water. Later, enjoy a delicious dinner on board your luxurious river ship.

  • Day 11 Nuremberg

    Learn all about the Bavarian city of Nuremberg today. A historic city tour takes you to a selection of World War II sites, such as the Reich Party Rally Grounds, the site of Hitler’s now infamous rallies held annually from 1927 to 1938. Discover medieval architecture, including the 900-year-old ramparts that surround the city, the Imperial Castle and more. Back on board later this afternoon, sample some freshly baked gingerbread while cruising along the Main-Danube Canal. Having taken 32 years to construct, the canal links the North and Black seas and is recognised as a marvellous feat of modern engineering.

  • Day 12 Bamberg

    This morning your ship will arrive in the fascinating World Heritage-listed Bamberg, another of the few German cities that wasn’t destroyed during World War II. Here you will explore the Old Town with a local expert to discover a range of historic churches and buildings, including the town hall on the River Regnitz.

  • Day 13 Würzburg

    The architectural beauty of Würzburg is on show today as you stroll through the city to the Würzburg Residence, an 18th-century palace that once belonged to the Prince-Bishops of Würzburg.

  • Day 14 Miltenberg

    After an onboard glass-blowing demonstration, disembark in Miltenberg, a pretty Franconian town set amongst the Odenwald Forest. Also spared from the destruction of World War II, it’s much like a time capsule revealing old-world village life.

  • Day 15 Rüdesheim, Andernach

    Dock in Rüdesheim and take a trip aboard the Winzerexpress mini-train to the town centre. Later, your ship’s Sun Deck offers the perfect vantage point from which to view the scenery of the Rhine Gorge as you cruise the Rhine’s most beautiful stretch.

  • Day 16 Bonn, Cologne

    Arrive in Bonn, the birthplace of Ludwig van Beethoven.

  • Day 17 Amsterdam

    Today, sail into the beautiful Dutch capital, Amsterdam. Enjoy some time to explore and a tasting of the region’s renowned cheeses. Later, return to your ship and reflect upon the days that have just passed by as you attend a special Captain’s Farewell Dinner.

  • Day 18 Amsterdam, Disembark Ship, Ghent, Paris

    Disembark your ship for the final time. Travel by coach through Belgium. Arrive in Ghent and enjoy a light lunch while cruising along the city’s canals, before arriving in Paris.

  • Day 19 Paris

    A local expert will take you on a tour of this beautiful city today. See the Avenue des Champs Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, plus take a trip to the second level of the Eiffel Tower, where sweeping views over the city skyline await.

  • Day 20 Paris

    With the rest of the day at leisure you’ll relish the chance to explore this city as you wish.

  • Day 21 Depart Paris

    After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
